The Arizona
Balance of State uses the ServicePoint
software from Bowman Systems, LLC as its
HMIS. ServicePoint is the most
widely used HMIS software nationally and
is also used by the Maricopa County HMIS
and the Tucson/Pima County HMIS.
Core Modules and
Functionality

ClientPoint
is the module used to enter, edit,
view, and print client information.
Client information can be shared
among agencies to the desired extent
of each agency.

ResourcePoint is the module
used to access, create, and manage
area service provider data so that
Case Managers can easily track
referrals to other organizations.

ShelterPoint is the module
used to manage real-time shelter
check-in for shelters or
transitional housing facilities of
any size.

Reporting -
ServicePoint offers a variety of
reporting options that allow each
community to tell its own story. The
Classic Report Library provides
real-time agency-level reports as
well as mandated Federal reports.
The Report Gallery is complete with
a highly sophisticated report for
aggregate views of your data, client
summary level data, data quality
reports, and many others.
