Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).

The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) operates and manages the Arizona Balance of State Continuum of Care (CoC).  Formerly known as the Rural Arizona CoC, the Arizona Balance of State CoC covers all counties in Arizona except the urban counties of Maricopa County and Pima County.

ADOH and its technical partner, Symmetric Solutions, are responsible for the Arizona Balance of State HMIS.

The Arizona Balance of State HMIS project began in 2004 and now includes emergency shelters, transitional housing programs, permanent supportive housing, street outreach, homeless prevention & rapid re-housing, and supportive service providers in all of the thirteen counties.
