For Continuums that have done some planning and have selected their HMIS software solution but are just starting their implementation, Symmetric has solutions to help through the first 90 days of the implementation. The goal is to get the the foundation in place so the Continuum can continue training and implementation for the remainder of their agencies after the initial 90 days.

 

Symmetric assistance in the implementation process can help you reduce the cost, time, and risk of implementing your HMIS solution. Our goal is to transfer the expertise, tools, and infrastructure so you can continue the implementation to implement the rest of your agencies without additional assistance.

 

Symmetric helps you with overall project planning assistance, community readiness assessment, implementation of governance structures, budgeting/funding, initial setup, system admin training, agency rollout and training strategies, agency readiness analysis, training coordination, and go live support.

 

While we help you analyze your data conversion and system integration needs, any detailed analysis and programming is extra.

 

Continuums can either use training specialists from their software vendor, can conduct training themselves, or can use Symmetric for training.
